Band Practice Space Renta
Band Rehearsal Space $200 Monthly 
 
  • Large room that has been previously used by bands for rehearsal & recording sessions.  Sound quality is very good. 

5 Bands will share the space on a monthly basis. 
 
  • Rental fees will be paid in advance monthly, with the typical space rental obligations.  Practice Space Renters will be required to sign a 6-month contract.  The first month & a $200 damage deposit is required at signing.       
 
Because this is a Wellness Center, practice times will be in the evenings/nights & weekends when the facility is not open. 
 
  • There are remaining weekend sessions available for rental. 
    The fee is $25 per session for the monthly renters & $50 per session for others.

 

Bands can try the space before signing a rental contract for $50 per session.   
 
  • Space is available for on-site storage of instruments & equipment.  Please ask for more information. 

Sessions are 3 Hours Long
 
$200 Monthly = 1 Evening Session Per Week (4/month)
               1 One Night Session Per Week (4/month)
               1 Weekend Session Per Week (4/month)
 
             = 12 (3 Hour) Sessions Per Month
 
Times will be assigned on a first come-first serve basis.  These times will last the 3-month period.  Bands can trade sessions amongst themselves, but need to let the Wellness Center know about any changes, so the correct band is held liable if there are any problems.
